Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and design of manufacturing processes to improve production efficiency and ensure product quality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production projects and problem-solving efforts.

• Participate in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies.

• Conduct time studies and help analyze workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.

• Aid in the creation and updating of manufacturing documentation, such as process maps and standard operating procedures.

• Utilize CAD software to assist in the design of fixtures and tooling.

• Gather and analyze data to support engineering decisions. Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's program in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Completion of foundational engineering coursework.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Basic proficiency with CAD software and MS Office Suite.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Eagerness to learn and apply engineering principles in a manufacturing setting.
