This position is for a food truck with part time seasonal positions. Work in a fast paced environment, making nutritious plant-based foods, and serving positive people who love healthy food truck fare. Jobs available include Window Attendant/Cashier taking orders and using square POS. Food Prep Station (making cold wraps & bowls) and pre-prep grab-n-go items. Beverage station prep Dispensing cold-pressed recipes from juice coolers into 12 & 24 oz. cups with ice, lid and straws. Pre-bottle 12 & 16oz for grab-n-go. Keep truck and surrounding area clean and trash free, providing good communication with Juice kitchen to help keep supplies stocked for efficient food prep. providing excellent customer service. Job also includes prep work at industrial kitchen site for bulk producing.
