The ideal candidate is committed to delivering exceptional care, possesses a strong knowledge of various massage techniques, and can tailor treatments to meet the specific needs of each client. Key Responsibilities: - Provide professional, high-quality massage therapy services, including (but not limited to) Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic massages. - Assess client conditions and develop customized treatment plans to address client concerns and physical conditions. - Educate clients on appropriate at-home stretches, relaxation techniques, and wellness recommendations. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment. - Ensure compliance with local and state licensing laws and regulations. - Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment. - Keep accurate records of each client session in compliance with clinic policies and confidentiality requirements. Qualifications: - Valid massage therapy license in the Virgin Islands or in process. - Minimum of 3 years of massage therapy experience in a professional setting. - Proficient in multiple massage techniques, with the ability to adapt style and pressure based on client needs. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centered approach. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Preferred Skills: - Certification in specialized techniques ( Swedish massage, reflexology) is a plus. - Experience in spa, wellness, or healthcare settings is preferred.
