Join Rotex as an Aftermarket Strategic Sales Representative and play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our parts and service business. This position is crucial for achieving our ambitious 20% annual revenue growth, directly impacting customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a key member of our team, you will identify and pursue sales opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage your expertise to enhance our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue parts sales opportunities to drive revenue growth. Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets. Create and present tailored proposals to potential clients, leveraging market analysis and customer insights. Track and document sales activities, customer satisfaction metrics, and performance against KPIs. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and retention. Collaborate with the equipment sales team and North American representatives to maximize parts sales. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive threats, and purchasing patterns that inform sales strategies. Establish a feedback mechanism to gather insights from customers regarding product performance and service satisfaction. Travel up to 50% within North America, with potential international travel as required. Qualifications: Minimum of five years of successful sales experience, preferably in industrial or related sectors. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Microsoft CRM and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative sales solutions. Familiarity with the industrial separation equipment market or related industries Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends. Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
