Job Description
You will be performing tasks necessary to the production process.
Responsibilities
Assemble parts accurately to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
Utilize hand and power tools such as wrenches, drills, and screwdrivers.
Read and interpret blueprints and measurements, including converting fractions.
Ensure all assembly tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Essential Skills
Experience with hand and power tools, including wrenches, drills, and screwdrivers.
Ability to read a tape measure to the nearest 1/16th and convert fractions.
Willingness to work overtime (4 10's plus OT on Friday) approximately 48 hours per week.
Minimum of 6+ months experience in manufacturing, machine operation, carpentry, construction, or vocational schooling.
Mechanical aptitude.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
6+ months of assembly experience is preferred.
Work site (construction) experience and manufacturing experience a plus.

Work Environment
The work environment is a clean, well-lit manufacturing shop divided into departments such as assembly, sub-assembly, trim, and crating. Safety is of utmost importance, with strict adherence to posted safety rules. All employees must wear steel-toed boots, safety glasses, long pants, and shirts with sleeves. The facility has designated walking paths in areas where forklifts operate.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
