• Associate degree in criminal justice or security management, preferred. Graduation from Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy (OPOTA) or other state certified training academy as a security or police officer, preferred.
• Obtain the IAHSS security officer certification within 12 months of employment.
• Two years experience in law enforcement/public safety/security/military police, minimum required. Willing to certify, license or graduate within 12 months, IAHSS certified, preferred.
• Basic police training preferred, experience with multiple computer programs such as Microsoft office required.
