The Coca-Cola Company Director Digital Strategy & Execution in Ciudad de México, Mexico

As a Digital Strategy & Execution Director, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing a cohesive digital narrative for the Latin America Operating Unit (LAOU). Your role will ensure a unified digital strategy across the network, lead digital business performance tracking and insights, and communicate business impacts to stakeholders. Your focus on accelerating performance in various zones will drive significant growth and innovation within the organization.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Develop and integrate a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with Annual Business Plans (ABP), Long Range Plans (LRP), and Moonshots.

  • Create and disseminate learning papers to share digital knowledge and best practices across the network and system.

  • Prepare materials for key strategic meetings of our senior stakeholders (Top to Top with Bottlers, LATAM Business Reviews, etc).

  • Oversee digital business performance by integrating key business performance metrics (dashboards from B2B/B2C data), and managing monthly performance communications, conducting analyses, and preparing quarterly papers for investors.

  • Provide actionable digital business insights and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.

  • Accelerate performance in the zones by tracking quarterly progress and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Champion the implementation and tracking of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure alignment and achievement of strategic goals of the team.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Fluent English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus

  • +10 years of professional experience

  • Extensive experience in digital strategy development and execution, with a proven track record of driving business performance.

  • Strategic Thinking. Ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems. Ability to understand complex data, convert to insights, understand business implications

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficient in analyzing data and generate insights to inform strategic data-driven decisions.

  • Solid business acumen skills, Analytical rigor: balance quantitative and qualitative

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in data integration and dashboards used for performance tracking and analysis.

  • Strong understanding of competitive analysis and market trends.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead initiatives across different zones.
