What You'll Do for Us

  • The Franchise Leadership Senior Director role is part of the Senior Leadership of Mexico South Region (+2.5B UC) being responsible for the growth agenda for the Region , leading the Network , aligning the local/regional strategy and plans with our 'Bottlers' as well being an orchestrator of all The Coca-Cola Company Resources. Manages the day to day operations to ensure business results in the region. Leads strategic, operational, Value creation and commercial projects involving the 'Bottler'.

  • Net Revenue/ UC is one of the most important opportunities in Mexico. This position will have a Key Role in Value Creation for the Region, leading and executing initiatives for On Premise TT, SS Mix, Premiunization, RGM and Front Line Digital (B2C and D2C).

  • Manages the day to day operations of the franchise incl. marketing, commercial and financial; executes strategies with bottling partners; cooperates with bottlers to ensure local relevance and alignment with overall business; reviews and implements revenue growth opportunities/solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the local/regional strategy and develop the plan to maximize the business opportunity with the Bottler´s Senior/Regional.

  • Lead the execution of Strategic Business Priorities, by empowering Bottler´s Senior/Regional Leadership Teams.

  • Act with discipline to ensure decision making and results tracking to effective management routines across different levels (Senior, functional, workstreams)

  • Deep market understanding to ensure correct decision making and strategy adjustments/improvements as necessary.

  • Manages relationships with specific stakeholders i.e. shareholders and senior bottler management.

  • Wire with other regions and operations (even international) peers to ensure best practice sharing and alignment.

  • Include any financial information the role is responsible for (NR, DME, OPEX, size of managed teams and typical roles).

  • Goals and/or strategies for the role focus on long term (3+ years).

  • Guides and collaborates with bottler in the decision-making process involved in key areas such as RGM, budget and other commercial initiatives

  • Acts with a high level of autonomy so decision making must be sound and mindful ok KO and bottler impacts in guidelines, principles and impact.

  • Continuous finding of new ways to identify regional market opportunities, generating value across the System in alignment with the BU strategic priorities

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Fluent English and Spanish

  • 10 - 15 years within the KO System minimum or within the Industry

  • Trade Marketing, Financial, RGM, Digital and Commercial experience

  • Bottler Marketing or Commercial Strategy Experience and Understanding of retail (Modern, Traditional and On Premise channel)

  • Strong abilities to influence strategic communication

  • Great skills with Leadership, problem solving and team management

  • Expertise with project management, process management and team building

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
