Direct and manage the daily operation of a commercial restaurant's kitchen. The KM dutiesinclude interviewing kitchen staff for job vacancies, cutting and calling in employees for work,running food audits, running inventory audits, reviewing proposed menu changes, makingshopping lists, inspecting meats and produce, ensuring all food containers have open dates,ensure all expired food is removed from the kitchen. Shall taste food, inspect plates beforegoing out to guests, and report to the general manager.
