The Salvation Army Case Manager for Anti-Human Trafficking Regional Area in Columbus, Ohio
Overview
Classification:Part-Time, Non-Exempt, 25-29 hours/week
Salary: $20.00 per hour
Job Focus: The Salvation Army Central Ohio is seeking to fill a part time Case Manager position in several local counties. This position will provide emergency response services and case management to victims of human trafficking, including conducting intake, developing a safety plan, addressing basic needs, linking to medical care and counseling, developing and implementing a service plan. Additionally, this position will assist group therapy programming in local county jails and provide staff support for 24-hour emergency hotline.

Qualifications
An understanding of and passion for The Salvation Army’s Mission
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, preferred
Licensed Social Worker in the State of Ohio, preferred
Experience working with victims of human trafficking or victims of other traumatic crimes, such as domestic violence or sexual assault is preferred.
Experience working effectively in cross-cultural settings
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skill
At least 21 years old with a valid Ohio Driver’s license and the ability to obtain and maintain driving privileges per Salvation Army insurance standards.
