Our Company
SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.
Responsibilities
Clarifications and Facility Call Check-Ins
Out-of-Stock/Not Available Calls
Back-Up Pharmacy and Script Transfers
Verbal Phone Requests and Refills
Communication with Billing Department
Reports
Proof of Delivery (POD) Management
Qualifications
Active OH Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician Licensed
Previous experience in pharmacy
LTC pharmacy experience preferred
Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Moderate to advanced computer skills required
Great telephone etiquette a must
Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
Shift - 9a-5:30pm
