Production Associate - Disassembly, Cleaning & Inspection

? Pay Rate: $23/hr
? Shift: 1ST SHIFT
Job Summary:
Join our team as a Production Associate - Level I and play a key role in the teardown of high-horsepower diesel engines! In this position, you will rotate through disassembly, cleaning, and inspection of engine components to prepare them for the next stage of production. If you're mechanically inclined and have experience with engines, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
? Disassembly & Inspection: Carefully dismantle engine components and inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
? Cleaning & Preparation: Perform detailed cleaning of engine components to prepare them for reassembly.
? Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, wear appropriate PPE, and report any hazards or incidents.
? Quality Control: Adhere to quality procedures, conduct inspections, and report any non-conforming materials.
? Teamwork & Communication: Collaborate with teammates and support staff to meet production goals and improve processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Previous experience in manufacturing, automotive, or mechanical environments preferred
? Ability to work in a physically demanding role (standing, lifting, using hand tools)
? Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety
