Copper Mountain Resort Summer 2025: Building Maintenance Technician Level 1 in Copper Mountain, Colorado
Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician Level 1
Job Status: Seasonal
Job Summary: Provide basic corrective and preventative maintenance on all CMR exterior and interior structures and systems. Includes basic plumbing repairs, HVAC filter changes and thermostat troubleshooting, door and window repair or install, painting, drywall repair, commercial appliance troubleshooting and repair, and lock repairs.
Basic Requirements: - Must be flexible to working days and hours, especially ramp up/down and busy occupancy periods. - Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. - Must be able to distinguish colors. - Must be able to work in all types of conditions: Crawl spaces, cold or hot areas, inside and outside. Must be able to work in small, hard to reach places. Must be able to work on or around roof areas of buildings - Must be able to work well with others, be a team player, and be willing to learn more advanced skills in Building Maintenance. - Must keep accurate records and be able to communicate properly with vendors and sub-contractors. - Due to the sensitive nature of this position, a criminal background check will be conducted after position is accepted. This background check will be done in accordance with standards enacted under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. - Must have a valid US Driver s license. - Must be at least 18 years old
