Adecco US, Inc. CDL Commercial Driver in Council Bluffs, Iowa
This role involves operating a company truck to pick up and deliver hospital linen to medical facilities, ensuring safe vehicle operation and DOT compliance. Responsibilities include loading/unloading laundry carts, conducting vehicle inspections, and maintaining professional relationships with customers while providing excellent service. The position requires a Class A CDL.
Schedule:
7am- 5pm; Monday - Friday
Average 52/h per week
The position comes with:
Hourly wage $21/hr. based on experience.
Weekly Pay average: $1,155
Annual Pay average: $60,060 with anticipated overtime
Total compensation: up to $80,000 with profit sharing
Health Insurance: $294/month for individuals, $800/month for families (Blue Cross) + Dental and Life Insurance.

Profit sharing system that is paid out in a monthly bonus that is based off of time of service, position, and hours worked.
401K that kicks in after two years, Barton makes a contribution of 20% of the employee's gross wages before taxes. It takes 6 years to be fully vested.
Elective deferral program that the employee can contribute some of their own salary after 90 days of working here.
$50,000 life insurance that we take out for no additional cost that takes effect after a year of working here.
