RESPONSIBILITES:
Adheres to scheduled work hours, is punctual in reporting and gives ample notice to the supervisor if he/she cannot meet schedule.
Acquires working knowledge of Center and in-house facilities to respond to guest questions in this area required.
Attends meetings to maintain productivity and efficiency.
Performs all responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner, following established company policy and projecting a favorable image of Harbaugh Management Company to achieve objectives, public recognition and acceptance.
Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all challenges or unusual matter of significance coming to his/her attention so prompt, corrective action can be take when appropriate.
Communicate all maintenance or other issues to the Director of Housekeeping.
Required to have the proper equipment and in working order to clean; cart, vacuum, linen, terry, spray bottles, cleaning clothes, amenities, brooms, brushes, and cleaning supplies.
Must maintain or assist in cleanliness of the Training Center.
Greet guests and make them feel welcome in the Training Center.
Comply with all safety standards and procedures.
Comply with all service standards and procedures of the department and IOUE Training Center.
Attend all designated department and Training Center meetings.
Perform all other task as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to communicate in English. Prolonged standing, bending, and pushing are necessary. Consistently light to medium lifting involved.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
