Our client, a dynamic leader in the entertainment industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the PR Operations & Talent Relations team supporting various functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to build positive relationships, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Culver City, CA (Hybrid role: Tuesday - Thursday onsite)

What's the Job?

  • Responsible for supporting the PR Operations & Talent Relations team with administrative tasks.

  • Schedule meetings, answer phones, and book travel arrangements.

  • Process expenses and invoices while maintaining accurate records.

  • Compile data reports and assist with logistics coordination across team functions.

  • Support PR / TR projects and events as needed.

What's Needed?

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Exceptional work ethic, discreet and trustworthy; must use good judgment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
