Job Title: Fabricator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MIG and TIG welding, as well as setting up and operating various metalwork and carpentry machinery. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality work are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
MIG and TIG weld assemblies and sub-assemblies as dictated by project requirements with a high level of attention to detail.
Set up and operate metalwork machinery including rollers, drill presses, saws, brakes, and welding equipment.
Set up and operate carpentry machinery including saws, pneumatic tools, and proper work benches.
Grind and finish completed products to produce aesthetically pleasing final products.
Construct wood assemblies as dictated by project requirements with a high level of attention to detail.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in fabrication and welding.
Expertise in TIG welding.
Expertise in MIG welding.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Experience working with stainless steel and aluminum materials.
Strong fitting and tape measure skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
6+ years of experience with fabrication and welding.
Experience in finish carpentry.
High level of comfort with welding steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials.

Work Environment
Work in a medium-sized manufacturing and warehouse environment with about 50 people on site. Our team operates from multiple locations, including sites in Las Vegas and the Midwest. The work schedule is from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Curtis Bay, Maryland.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
