Position Overview:

The overall goal of Operation Technician is to carry out pumps and/or mechanical seal repairing and pump’ parts inspection jobs at Dalian QRC. Sometimes has to field service at job site. 技师的主要工作为在大连快速反应中心（DQRC）从事泵和/或机械密封的维修和泵零件的检查工作。有时需要到用户现场从事现场服务工作。

Job Responsibility:

Dismantle and re-assembly pump. 拆解和组装泵. Inspect parts of pump and/or mechanical seal. 检查泵和/或机械密封零部件. Dismantle and re-assembly mechanical seal. 拆解和组装机械密封. Submit job report independently. 独立完成工作报告. Execute field service as required. 根据要求执行现场服务工作. Submit field service report clearly. 提交准确翔实的现场服务报告. Act the 6S and SHEA as company required. 实施公司要求的6S和SHEA. Act other jobs as required and pointed. 实施要求和指派的其他工作.

Education/Experience Required:

Technical school and/or above degree. 技校和/或以上学历. Mechanical engineering or repair experience is preferred. 机械工程或机械维修工作经验更佳. Pump and/or mechanical seal experience is better.有泵和/或机械密封的经验更佳. Strong knowledge in reading technical documents is essential. 具备识别技术资料的必需知识. Basic knowledge of mechanical drawings. 基本的机械图纸识图能力. General capability on English. 基本的英文能力. Basic computer skills with MS office. 基本的计算机操作能力.
