Seeking a skilled Industrial Coating Technician in Davie, Fl. This is a long term contract to hire opportunity with great benefits.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and clean surfaces for coating applications.

• Mask off areas that should not be coated and ensure surfaces are free from dirt, rust, and other contaminants.

• Mix and apply coatings using spray equipment or other methods.

• Ensure the coating is applied uniformly and meets quality standards.

• Clean and maintain equipment to ensure proper functionality.

• Track materials used and work completed.

• Perform additional tasks as required.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in applying polyurea, industrial paint or similar coating applications.

• Mechanical aptitude.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.

• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift during work.

• Basic knowledge of safety rules and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
