1st Shift Pipe/Vessel Welder $30/hr+
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Pipe/Pressure Vessel Welder to join our team on a 1st shift basis, working from 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in welding and fabrication, with a strong focus on quality and precision. You will be responsible for preparing parts and welding components into assemblies according to production orders and company procedures, while meeting defined quality standards.
Responsibilities
Prepare parts and weld components into assemblies according to production orders.
Execute welds in accordance with company's procedures and documents, ensuring quality standards are met.
Propose new methods, procedures, or equipment to improve efficiency and quality.
Essential Skills
At least 5 years of experience in welding and fabrication strongly preferred.
Experience with certifications in welding according to ASME standards.
Ability to read and apply Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and read drawings/blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong aptitude for problem-solving and teamwork.
Methodical, organized, and precise.
Proficiency in Mig and Tig welding on carbon steel.
Experience with blueprint utilization.
Experience in welding pipes or pressure vessels/pressure tanks.
Skills in cutting, punching, grinding, fitting, assembly, stainless steel, tape measure, press brake, and plasma cutting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $34.00/hr.
