Gensler Receptionist in Denver, Colorado
Your Role
Gensler is seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our Denver office, located in the heart of downtown Denver. This Receptionist role acts as the Director of First Impressions, and will be the face of the organization and those who visit our office. This position is an integral member of the office and Shared Services team. All comings and goings are through this individual. What You Will Do
Front Office Concierge
Maintain neatness in reception area, break area, conference rooms, pantry, kitchen, and common areas to always be tidy and presentable.
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
Greet and welcome clients and vendors in a professional and courteous manner ensuring a positive first impression. Notify appropriate staff upon arrival.
Assist and guide visitors and vendors to meetings.
Perform proper office opening and closing procedures.
Collect mail, distribute, and coordinate deliveries.
Utilize intranet to access firm information.
Assist with set up and break down for meetings and special events.
Able to take on other responsibilities as necessary.
Your Qualifications
Minimum 2 years previous experience in a customer service / administrative / front desk reception role in an office environment.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and clients.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) a plus.
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Ability to always maintain composure in hectic situations, quick to smile and a consistent positive "get it done" attitude.
Ability to work regular business hours (8am - 5pm) Monday through Friday.
*The compensation range is $26 - $28 per hour, commensurate with relevant experience. In addition, standard benefits will be offered, and employees will be eligible for bonuses.
