Massage Therapist role

  • Effectively inform and educate guests about their specific wellness concerns.

  • Prepare, clean and help maintain the treatment rooms and other work areas.

  • Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by spa’s policies and procedures.

  • Actively promote the spa, treatments services and retail as well as promotions/offers available.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in Hotel operations.

  • Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
