Tillie’s Restaurant, located at the beautiful Camp Lucy Resort in Dripping Springs, TX, is seeking a personable and friendly Host/Hostess to join our dynamic team! Who You Are:
You are a friendly and outgoing individual with a guest-first mentality, eager to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors. While entry-level experience is welcome, your excellent customer service skills are what truly set you apart. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Warm Welcoming: Greet guests with a smile, ensuring a positive first impression as they arrive at Tillie’s.
Seating Management: Efficiently manage the seating chart and greet guests in a timely manner, ensuring a smooth flow of dining experiences.
Guest Assistance: Provide information about the menu, specials, and restaurant layout to enhance the guest experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and a seamless dining experience for all guests.
Maintaining Standards: Uphold cleanliness and organization in the host/hostess area, contributing to the overall ambiance of the restaurant.
What We’re Looking For:
Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests and team members.
Availability: Must be able to work weekends and be flexible with scheduling, as Tillie’s is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week.
Certifications: TABC and Food Handler certifications are required (or willingness to obtain them).
Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Compensation:
Hourly Wage: $13.00 per hour plus tips, with opportunities to increase your earnings through exceptional service.
