Casino Gift Shop Shift Manager

We are seeking a Gift Shop Shift Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our casino guests. What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage a team to provide top-tier customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
Oversee daily shift operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and retail standards.
Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and support for professional growth.
Ensure proper staffing levels, adjusting as needed to meet guest needs while maintaining cost efficiency.
Recruit, train, and develop employees to enhance overall team performance.
Resolve guest and employee concerns professionally and efficiently.
Identify operational areas for improvement and provide input to management.
Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and operational efficiency.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong understanding of cost control systems and methods.
Knowledge of P&L statements and the ability to impact profitability.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Minimum three (3) years of management experience , preferably in retail.
