The Impact You Will Have Blend Business Analyst and Fraud Risk Analyst roles to offer valuable insights and business intelligence solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will maintain the organization's current and new report suite offerings, develop new reports, analytical models, and dashboards. This involves working independently and guiding teams from conceptual development to program implementation. Additionally, with the help of others, the role is responsible for driving the enterprise-wide fraud risk management and awareness program to address internal and external fraud risks. It will be involved in fraud initiatives that involve multiple functions through collaboration with Operations, Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, Special Investigations Unit, Information Technology, and Finance, as well as other partners within the organization to implement changes that further prevent and detect fraud. Your Responsibilities Partner with operational Risk Management and key business partners to define, create, identify trends and generate reporting to be used to accurately monitor, measure, and analyze business performance and key metrics. Assist with analysis for routine Enterprise Fraud Risk Assessments (EFRA). Analyze data to determine areas with high fraud loss levels, or opportunities for loss, and develop solutions to mitigate fraudulent activity. Utilize comprehensive reporting and analysis to monitor fraud trends and drive improvements. Compile and analyze data from multiple sources for internal analysis and regulatory reporting. Act as SME on special projects and initiatives. Role will vary depending on project but could include project lead, SME, or contributor. Develop functional and visual prototypes with operations management to define requirements. Design, develop and test system business intelligence solution components. Mentor business user in business intelligence report navigation, interactions and usage. Identify enhancements and updates as needed to keep reporting current and relevant. Required Skills and Experience 3+ years of related professional experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered. Demonstrated skill in communicating complex technical information to non-technical audiences and executives. Experience identifying KPIs with customers and leveraging to build out dashboards utilizing KPIs and other supporting analytic views. Demonstrated ability to managing deadlines and workload, and multiple complex projects. Attention to detail. Genuinely team and customer focused. Strong analytic and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to design, evaluate and interpret complex data solutions based upon technical, business and industry knowledge. Demonstrated oral/written communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate business and complex technical information to non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate and lead individuals and teams/units in analytical software development solutions. Preferred Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree. 3 years of experience with business intelligence tools. Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, power pivot and formulas. Experience with Power BI Dashboard to create dashboard reports as needed. Experience with basic SQL Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range: $67,200.00 - $89,100.00 - $111,000.00 Annual Pay is based on several factors which vary bas d on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
