Enterprise Sales Executive (Internal Role)
We are currently seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive that will focus on selling Equiliem's suite of solutions to mid-market, large regional, and Fortune 1000 companies. This role focuses on managing complex sales cycles, engaging with key decision-makers, and building long-term, strategic relationships with enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have experience selling services in the staffing industry or a related field, along with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and referrals.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers at target companies.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of Equiliem's offerings, including staffing, managed services, and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO).
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiations and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams-such as operations, HR, and onboarding-to ensure client satisfaction and effective service delivery.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients , addressing any issues, and identifying opportunities for further business.
  • Track sales metrics, forecast potential deals, and report to senior leadership on progress and strategies.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in the staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and navigating complex decision-making processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent work experience preferred.
