About the Team:

We are The Raymond Corporation’s Aftermarket Parts Business. We have a Parts Distribution Center (PDC) in Syracuse, N.Y. and four Micro Logistics Centers dispersed around the country. We ship service parts from our facilities to Raymond Service & Support Centers to provide world-class support to our customers and products worldwide. Our customer service team supports the needs of our dealer network and internal customers to keep them operating at their highest level.

About the position:

We are looking for a Raymond Domestic/International Dealer and Customer Service Support Specialist to join our Team. The selected candidate will support domestic and international dealers facilitating order entry and transport details. This individual will answer questions about orders and make as needed. You will work closely with Warehouse, Materials, Technical, and Logistics Departments to ensure a positive customer experience. You will:

  • Assist dealers and various departments in ensuring all customer documentation is handled in a timely, effective and compliant basis (order entry, order changes, parts, service contract, lease documentation, etc.).
  • Handle complex and/or sensitive dealer, national account and/or customer calls or written inquiries.
  • Build relationships with clients by phone and e-mail; maintain our clients trust with open and honest communication.
  • Lead sales support efforts in resolving complex and sensitive product and service-related problems for customers/dealers.
  • Follow warehouse processes and procedures.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned.

About the schedule:

This position is full-time, first shift. You will work 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday.

About you:

  • 6 + years of experience in customer service/sales/marketing or related.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing support position.
  • Strong written, oral and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused on customer resolution.
  • A good understanding of return measures and processes.
  • Able to work to within a fast paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Team player.

It would be great if you had:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a Business Related field.
  • Experience working with Freight Forwarding companies and International Orders, shipping regulations and documentation.
  • SAP and/or material handling Experience.
  • A background in problem solving

About the total compensation package:

Salary - $60,400 - $72,300 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s skill, education and experience.
