Job Title: Forklift Operator
Job Description
Join a dynamic distribution center for a company that manufactures lights. This role focuses primarily on operating various types of forklifts and handling material efficiently.
Responsibilities
Operate Double Deep Reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, clamp trucks, and order pickers.
Perform loading and unloading of materials.
Handle and move materials within the warehouse.
Pick and pack orders manually as needed.
Ensure safe and efficient operation of all machinery.
Essential Skills
Experience operating Double Deep Reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, clamp trucks, and order pickers.
Proficiency in loading and unloading materials.
Strong material handling skills.
Ability to manually pick and pack orders.
Work Environment
The warehouse spans 140,000 square feet and is part of a rented MCS building. The team is small, consisting of 12 people, and operates in two shifts: 6am-2:30pm and 8am-4:30pm. This position is for the 8am shift. All employees will be cross-trained on all machinery and expected to work in various aspects of the warehouse, including operating equipment and manually packing orders.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
