DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This technical professional position reports to the District Mining Manager and is responsible for processing, tracking, and drafting all surface mine coal and noncoal enforcement actions to ensure compliance with the laws and rules and regulations to protect the environment and public health and safety. This position is also primarily responsible for the maintenance of treatment trust funds and water treatment liability data.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year of professional experience as a Sanitarian, Air Quality Specialist, Solid Waste Specialist, or Water Quality Specialist; or Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training which affords the applicant the required knowledges, skills, and abilities.
Special Requirement: This position requires the possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license as issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
