Description
A Fortune 500 company headquartered out of Minnesota is currently hiring for a Business Analyst to be a part of their dynamic team. The role is in the healthcare industry and will require the use of various skills including project management and data analysis.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Project Management discipline scope/timeline/risk management to implementation of new clients both internal and external including change implementations for existing clients
• Manage project artifacts project plan business requirements status warranty etc.
• Facilitate and lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute and deliver new/change implementations
• Serve as client-facing representative of Client Implementations team
• Communicate and implement project risk and/or issue management plans
• High level understanding of health care business finance and/or operational knowledge and a high degree of flexibility
• Self-directed professional with strong ability to work through ambiguity
• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience working across all levels of an organization
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
• Strong communicator capable of effectively presenting ideas
• Proven ability to build relationships cross-functionally and lead toward common goals.
Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate effectively
• Experience in project management, planning, and execution
• Understanding of finance and risk management principles
• Ability to conduct training and support workstation use
• Experience in the implementation of planning processes
• Knowledge of Business Requirement Document creation
• Familiarity with health care sector and offshore projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of payer segmentation
• Experience with SharePoint Administration
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies
• PMP Certification is preferred
• Ability to manage issues effectively
• Experience in timeline creation and management
