Where you’ll work:
This is a hybrid onsite/remote opportunity where you will report to the location in Atlantic City, NJ and have the flexibility to work from home based on business needs.
An average day:
As Project Control Analyst II, you will support project control activities across the organization, assisting in coordinating schedules, budgets, and resources to help ensure successful project outcomes. This role focuses on planning, monitoring progress, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. It also involves aiding in risk identification and supporting change management efforts to keep projects aligned with organizational objectives. In this position you will:
Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules that detail critical milestones and deliverables
Contribute to creating project plans that outline objectives, task sequencing, and dependencies
Help conduct critical path and dependency analyses to identify potential delays in advance
Participate in resource allocation activities by working with stakeholders to optimize project delivery
Support management of project baselines through documentation of scope, schedule, and cost modifications
Monitor project status, note variances, and suggest potential corrective actions
Collaborate with team leads to gather requirements and maintain alignment with organizational goals
Coordinate with network-related teams by integrating network management timelines and dependencies into project planning
Assist in identifying project risks and help develop contingency plans for effective mitigation
Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership and stakeholders
Review and update project documentation to ensure adherence to established standards and processes
Track expenditures and aid in budget forecasting to uphold financial accuracy
Participate in project meetings, record key decisions, and follow up on action items promptly
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency in project control practices
Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall program success
Basic Qualifications:
As a requirement of this position, all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen. In accordance with 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(2)(C) , Epsilon will not consider candidates for this position who do not meet the aforementioned conditions.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a high school diploma/equivalent plus four additional years of relevant experience
Two years of relevant project control experience involving scheduling, planning, critical path and dependency analysis, resource allocation, baseline management, status monitoring, and related project management activities
Proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or similar applications
Experience with resource planning and budgeting tools to track project costs effectively
Familiarity with risk identification, mitigation strategies, and issue resolution
Working knowledge of standard project management methodologies and best practices
Ability to analyze and interpret project data using spreadsheets or data visualization platforms
Basic understanding or exposure to network infrastructure elements, including routers, switches, and wireless systems
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Willingness to participate in broader program initiatives, including those involving network management support
