Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will create exceptional client experiences that contribute to the growth of our successful agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and proactive problem-solving will make you a vital part of our team.
Key Requirements:
- Ability to obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health Licenses
- Dedicated to customer service
- Excellent written, verbal, and auditory communication skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Self-motivated and customer-focused
- Proficient in various computer applications, particularly Windows
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain customer relationships
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Respond to inquiries about insurance availability, coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Educate customers about insurance options through a needs-based review process
