BAE Systems Field Service Technician in El Paso, Texas
Job Description

Come find out by joining our team of Field Service Representatives (FSR) at BAE Systems' Platform and Services Sector, Croatia Bradley Refurbishment Project. This position will require the applicant to have a thorough understanding of OSD Bradley Fighting Vehicle technical operations and the associated equipment that is needed to refurbish and sustain mechanical reliability.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Provide on-site support that enables the refurbishment and operational testing of ODS Bradley Fighting Vehicles
Provide technical assistance and training to subcontractors working within the Croatia Bradley Refurbishment program to ensure safe, effective maintenance standards and practices are met.
Work within the contract/budget restraints and scope of work
Oversee the accountability and serviceability of all tools and equipment used in the refurbishment process
Provide updates as to the daily status of all tools and equipment assigned to the program
Maintain calibration logs for all measuring equipment and tools, ensuring that all calibrations are up to date.
Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly accounted for at the beginning and end of each workday.
Completing other assigned duties as needed to aid in the successful completion of the contract requirements.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
High School Diploma or equivalent, or relevant Associate s degree, or military school training; plus additional 4 years work experience in the mechanical/electrical/electronics field of relevant military products.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $52955 - $84728
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
