Industrial Staffing Services Inc dba Equiliem ER RN in Elizabeth, New Jersey
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care across a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities- Manage a patient ratio of 1:6-5.
- Collaborate with ER Techs and transport sitters on the unit.
- Provide care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Utilize EPIC charting system effectively.
- Interpret EKGs accurately and efficiently.
- Perform triage and Phlebotomy/IV procedures as needed.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- First-time applicants are welcome to apply.
- ACLS, BLS, NIH, and PALS certifications required upon start.
- EPIC experience is mandatory.
- Must be available to work every other weekend.
- Local candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Travel pairs are not accepted for this position.
- 45-bed unit with approximately 160 visits per day.
- Professional attire: Black scrubs.
