Contract Representative (Part Time) - Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, orders, concerns and requests about products. Initiate, coordinate and follow up on inside sales efforts. Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Handle and resolve customer complaints as required by CFM Quality Systems. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints. Process Purchase orders, forms, applications and requests. Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource. Manage customers' accounts and contacts in the MRP system. Keep correspondents of customer interactions and transactions. Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints. Record details of actions taken. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments. Update and maintain CSR records including Customer Unique Requirements spreadsheet. Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal and other common office equipment and software. Maintains and accesses customer portals. Fills out customer surveys and requests. Operates and maintains MRP system. Follow company policies and procedures. Present a professional image at all times to customers. Assistant to the Supply Chain Coordinator as needed. Work Experience - 2-5 years related experience or equivalent education/training.
