Amentum Aircraft Documentation Clerk in Enid, Oklahoma

The Aircraft Documentation Clerk maintains all historical and temporary records on assigned aircraft, engines and support equipment in accordance with the applicable tech orders.

Essential responsibilities:

  • Maintains all historical and temporary records on assigned aircraft, engines, and support equipment in accordance with the applicable tech orders.

  • Files manuals and computerized products applicable to assigned equipment.

  • Must be capable of identifying ID numbers, codes, operation of the automated data sub-systems, remotes and remote line printer, and interpretation of computer products.

  • Forecasts time change items, both hourly and calendar, each month for all aircraft.

  • Responsible for tracking all inspections, time changes, serially controlled items, and TCTOs on all airframes.

  • Accomplishes aircraft records check and annual jack file reviews.

  • Prepares 2410s for aircraft going into phase as well as conducts pre and post dock meetings.

  • Must be capable of reading and understanding AF tech orders, AF manuals and follow instructions.

  • Organizes meetings to discuss changes to applicable AF tech orders and is responsible for updating the MIS of implemented changes.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma

  • One (1) year of documented experience relating to the job classification, or successful

  • Documented completion of formal six (6) months of experience and completion of Air Force correspondence courses (ECI) relating to the job classification.

  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Suite: Excel and Word.

  • Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Must be able to meet the physical requirements as outlined Appendix E of the CBA.
