We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Bookkeeper/Office Manager with QuickBooks skills to join our team. What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Bookkeeping & Financial Administration:

    • Help manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, and handle payments.
    • Keep our general ledger up to date and support financial reporting.
    • Assist with payroll processing and employee record maintenance.
    • Lend a hand in tax filings and annual reports, working closely with our external accountants.
  2. Government Filings & Compliance:

    • Handle state and federal regulatory filings, including business licenses, tax forms, and corporate filings.
    • Ensure we stay compliant with all employment laws and reporting requirements.
    • Help manage company insurance policies and handle renewals.
  3. Administrative Support:

    • Oversee office supplies, vendor relationships, and the day-to-day office operations.
    • Organize and maintain both digital and physical records to keep everything running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, office administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop is a must; experience with Paycom is a bonus.
  • Skilled in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
  • A solid understanding of GAAP principles, payroll, and tax compliance is preferred.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

Nice to Have:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a professional services or tech-focused company.
  • Familiarity with HR administration and government compliance.
