Adecco US, Inc. Administrative Support Specialist in Fishersville, Virginia

Location: Fishersville, VA

Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $18/hour

Adecco is hiring an Administrative Support Specialist for a valued client in Fishersville. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy multitasker who excels in customer service and office management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians.

  • Handle client interactions via phone, email, and in person.

  • Prepare invoices and follow up on payments.

  • Maintain accurate records and manage office operations.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience (HVAC or construction preferred).

  • Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Microsoft Teams.

  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

  • Familiarity with invoicing and scheduling software is a plus.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
