Performance Driven Workforce Seasonal Quality Inspector/Assembler in Flint in Flint, Michigan
PDW Performance Driven Workforce is now hiring Seasonal Quality Inspectors/Assemblers for an Automotive Tier 1 Supplier. Quality Inspectors/Assemblers will perform basic manufacturing and cleaning work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This Quality Inspector position offers an AM Day shift and is based out of Flint, MI. Shift:
AM Day shift: 7:00 am -- 7:00 pm (Monday - Saturday)
Must be able to work 10-12 hour shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Assist a senior Assembler with assembling products and sub-components to support vehicle production and other products
- Support vehicle and material movement in and around facility
- Follow electronic build book for assembly instructions
- Clean and prepare components and vehicles for production.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow established safety procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Quality Inspector
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Proficient reading and interpreting blueprints
- Strong attention to detail
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient with computer usage
- Ability to learn and follow written instructions
- Ability to perform fine hand manipulation
- Knowledge of tools and their use
Ability to focus on details and quality of work
