ManpowerGroup Maintenance Technician in Florence, South Carolina
Our client, a leading food manufacturing company, is seeking talented Maintenance Technicians to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of Maintenance experience in an industrial/Manufacturing environment and be open to either 1st or 3rd shift.
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Columbia, SC
Pay Range: $25-37 an hour (depending on experience)
What's the Job?
Maintain and repair production equipment, including pneumatics, motors, gearboxes, chains and sprockets, variable speed conveyor systems, and stainless steel equipment
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime
Collaborate with production team to identify and address equipment needs
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
What's Needed?
3-5 years of experience in a maintenance role
Strong technical skills, including knowledge of pneumatics, motors, gearboxes, chains and sprockets, variable speed conveyor systems, sensors, limit switches, and basic motor controls
Tig welding experience is helpful
Attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving
