Socosix Strategies LLC Security Coordinator in Fort Walton Beach, Florida

Job Summary:

The Security Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, planning and executing secure transportation requests for our global business clients. Coordinator must have demonstrated ability to multitask, problem solve and communicate professionally to clients.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalency
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask under pressure, and quickly solve problems
  • Customer focused with a high sense of urgency in conflict resolution
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Share Point, and Excel
  • Availability/flexibility in schedule- we operate 24 hours/day and are filling multiple shifts
  • High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
  • Ability to pass a background check/drug test
  • Candidates with experience in security, law enforcement, military desired

Responsibilities/Job Duties:

  • Receive and acknowledge requests for service(s) from company clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately enter service requests into company logs, trackers, and databases as directed
  • Disseminate information pertinent to the completion of service(s) in a timely manner and to the appropriate parties
  • Establish and maintain communication with company clients and partners to track progress and ensure the timely, professional, and safe completion of services
  • Document, and provide a timely written report of service deviances to on-duty company supervisor
  • Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism when interacting with company clients and partners
