TEKsystems "Series 7" "Series 63" "Series 66" Internal Sales Support Specialist in Fort Worth, Texas

Role Responsibilities: MUST HAVE Series 6, and 63, (or equivalent) 65, and Life and Health certifications required for various levels



Conduct three proactive calls, one-on-one meetings, and virtual trainings daily.

Record all activities and cases in Salesforce within the same week they occur.

Collaborate on a Division Sales Plan to enhance advisor engagement, streamline the planning

process, and boost sales in protection, investments, and banking.

Utilize a holistic planning process to position solutions based on client needs.

Serve as an "ambassador" for the company's vision, holistic planning

process, and integrated sales structure.

Build and maintain strong relationships with District Advisors and advisors.

Foster a productive working relationship with your team.

Implement a systematic follow-up process for training workshops, district events, and

sales meetings. Create Salesforce campaigns aligned with these events.

Partner with Solution-Leads, Product Management, and team members to develop sales

strategies for advisors.

Collaborate with Solution-Leads and Internal Specialists to leverage client and advisor

opportunity lists for in-field sales initiatives.

Utilize the expertise of partner firms to drive regional sales.

Develop content for division education workshops and manage follow-up activities.

Create content for district client events and oversee follow-up activities.

Stay informed about industry trends, new product developments, and best practices.

Pursue learning and accreditation opportunities to enhance subject matter expertise

and sales skills.

Represent the company with the highest level of professionalism and ensure compliance

with industry regulations and company policies.

MUST

HAVE Skills & Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish rapport with

financial advisors and clients.

Deep understanding of the company's products, funds, or financial services,

including staying updated on product features, benefits, and market trends.

Effective communication skills for explaining complex financial products clearly and

concisely, both in writing and verbally.

Ability to identify and address client needs, objections, or concerns.

Proficiency in analyzing sales data and performance metrics to refine sales strategies and

identify areas for improvement.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred for certain levels, required for higher

levels.

MUST HAVE Work Experience:

Experience analyzing and reporting on product performance, user feedback, market trends,

and competitive analysis.

Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous.

Roles such as financial advisor, financial consultant, or junior analyst provide a

strong foundation in investment products and financial markets.

Proficiency in ACE/Sales Support and other emerging technologies.

Strong professionalism and ethical foundation.

MUSTHAVE Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

In-depth knowledge of the specific investment products or financial services offered by

the hiring organization.

Experience in roles requiring strong customer service and interpersonal skills, such as

customer service representatives or client relationship managers.

Experience working in cross-functional teams or roles requiring collaboration.

Prior experience in sales is highly valuable.

MUST HAVE Certifications :

Series 6, and 63, (or equivalent) 65, and Life and Health certifications required for various levels.

Work Environment

Hybrid, Monday & Friday : Remote, Tuesday-Thursday: On-Site, Open 7AM- 6PM, 4 start

times and flexible, 9 hour shift and 1 hour lunch

The pay range for this position is $63000.00 - $67000.00/yr.
