ManpowerGroup Material Handler in Four Oaks, North Carolina
Our client, a leader in warehouse operations, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the distribution team supporting efficient and accurate order processing. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.
Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Four Oaks, NC
Pay Range: $14.50 per hour
What's the Job?
Process customer orders including scanning bar codes, picking cases, and labeling boxes.
Palletize orders by scanning, retrieving, and placing completed orders on pallets.
Utilize RF technology for order processing and accuracy verification.
Participate in maintaining a clean and safe work environment following Lean manufacturing processes.
Assist in cross-training and support other warehouse positions as needed.
What's Needed?
High School diploma, GED, or 1 year of relevant experience.
Good verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and perform physical tasks.
Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Ability to operate material handling equipment safely.
