Department: Security Position: Entrance Security Liaison Reports to: Assistant Director of Security Function: Welcome all guests with a smile, address policy violations and assist guests with questions and needs.

Work Performed: • Maintain a posted position at the entrance security desk • Greet incoming guests and create positive connections to promote the "community policing" philosophy • Make sure incoming waterpark guests have a valid wristband/ticket of entry • Make sure incoming waterpark guests are not bringing in outside food, beverages or glass • Conduct bag inspections on incoming waterpark guests • Remain observant of suspicious activity • Enforce company rules, regulations and policies • Respond to emergency situations • Document all security action in the form of case logs and/or case reports • Testify in court • Assist or facilitate assistance to guests who have questions, needs or concerns • Other unspecified tasks as it relates to security and safety

Physical Requirements: • Must be at least 18 years of age • Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time • Ability to push, pull and lift 50 pounds

Education Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent
