Job Title: Forklift Operator
Job Description
This position ensures our products are provided to customers in an efficient and timely manner. The role involves pulling and staging orders, and requires recent experience in a fast-paced environment. The position is physically demanding and requires regularly lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior recent experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where a high degree of accuracy is required.
Responsibilities
Pull and stage orders efficiently.
Ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Interact with semi-truck drivers for shipping and receiving activities.
Pick, pack, and track inventory accurately.
Operate forklifts for moving and organizing inventory.
Essential Skills
- Experience in loading and unloading semi-trucks with a forklift

The company has a 270,000 square foot facility that is fairly clean with lots of open space. The environment is non-climate controlled, meaning it can get hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The company specializes in making racking and metal bins for other companies.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FRANKFORT, Kentucky.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $22.00
