POSITION: Customer Success Representative

A customer success representative needs a mix of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills, including empathy, active listening, and problem-solving. They also need to work closely with other teams within the company, such as sales, product, and customer support. They are responsible for ensuring customers achieve their goals while using a company's product or service. Their role involves a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Developing strategies: create strategies to help customers achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Providing support: provide direct support to customers, including onboarding and training.
  • Resolving issues: help customers resolve issues and inquiries.
  • Collecting feedback: collect customer feedback and ensure it's heard and acted upon.
  • Identifying opportunities: identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Advocating for customers: act as the voice of the customer within the company, mediating between customer requests and the company's vision.
  • Communicating: the link between customers and the business, so they need to be able to communicate effectively with both.
  • Building relationships: build ongoing relationships with customers, unlike front-line representatives who typically work on one issue at a time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer facing/customer service-related role.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint).
  • Possess a self-starter attitude with a demonstrated territory management capability.
  • Display a sense of urgency, with a proven record of delivering exceptional customer experience while maintaining a professional, calm, positive outlook. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and ability to negotiate with customers in a courteous and professional manner. Education: Business related Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
