Job Overview: As an Industrial Painter, you'll be responsible for preparing, sanding, and painting parts. This position requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Surface Preparation & Sandblasting: Wash, mask, hang, and blast parts to remove dirt and achieve a smooth finish.
Painting & Coating: Mix paints and operate manual painting equipment to apply coatings.
Equipment & Booth Maintenance: Maintain spray booths and paint lines. Clean and maintain tools and work areas.
Quality & Safety: Follow safety protocols, EPA guidelines, and ensure high-quality finishes.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Previous industrial painting experience preferred.
Technical Skills: Ability to follow instructions and work with various hand tools and painting equipment.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with EPA guidelines and safety standards.
