RESPONSIBILITIES: The E-Commerce Coordinator is an entry-level position designed for individuals eager to build a foundation in e-commerce operations. This role offers hands-on experience across key areas, including product processing, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, customer service, sales listings, product photography, and shipping logistics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated, and ready to learn the end-to-end processes that drive successful online sales. This position provides a unique opportunity to develop a broad skill set while supporting day-to-day e-commerce activities and contributing to the growth of our online business. DUTIES: Assists with product processing, including receiving, sorting, and preparing items for online sale. Supports warehouse operations, including inventory management, order picking, packing, and shipping. Helps create and manage online sales listings, ensuring accurate product descriptions, pricing, and details. Assists with product photography, including staging, photographing, and editing images for E-commerce platforms. Provides customer service support via email and phone, addressing inquiries, returns, and order-related issues. Works closely with the shipping team to process orders efficiently and handles shipping logistics and claims. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and support E-commerce growth initiatives. Monitors and helps maintain online marketplace performance, ensuring product listings meet company standards. Learns and applies best practices in E-commerce operations, gaining exposure to tools and platforms used in the industry. Performs other duties as assigned. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong interest in e-commerce, digital sales, and online business operations. Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and a willingness to learn e-commerce platforms. Preferred Qualifications Experience with product photography and basic image editing. Associate’s degree in business administration, E-commerce, or a related field. At least one year's experience in an E-commerce, retail, or warehouse setting. Familiarity with inventory management systems and online sales platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively resolve customer inquiries and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Physical Demands: Mobility: Must be able to walk and move around warehouse and processing areas and make regular movements between workstations. Lifting : Must be able to frequently required to lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds. Occasional lifting of items up to 50 pounds may be required, with assistance or using mechanical aids. Posture & Movements: Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods during work shifts and regularly required to bend, reach, stoop, and twist. Manual Dexterity: Must be able to perform fine motor tasks, including handling products, staging items for photography, and editing images. Vision Requirements: Must be able to see details and distinguish colors for product photography and quality control. Reading computer screens and product labels is also essential; corrected vision is acceptable. Communication: Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Required to use telephone, email, and other digital communication tools. Working Conditions: Work is performed in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and moderate noise levels. May occasionally be exposed to dust and odors from inventory items. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by safety protocols. Flexible work schedule, including potential evening or weekend shifts during peak operational periods.
