Incodema3D, LLC Additive Manufacturing Program Manager in FREEVILLE, New York
Manage assigned programs and serve as the primary point of customer contact to foster a trusting relationship with coordination of sales and production management. Lead all communications of project status, reviews, KPIs, metrics, reports, mitigation plans, risks, assertions, and negotiations. Work closely with Engineering and Operations to facilitate planning, manufacturing, and completion of projects. Track open-action items and follow-through with both customers and internal departments. Enforce project standards, mitigating project risks and achieving contractual requirements. Interact with senior management and customer representatives regarding programs, operational decisions, scheduling requirements and contractual clarification. Serve as primary contact for program issues. Work with internal departments to develop project plans, risk assessments, action items, milestones, resource requirements and critical path items. Ensure both the Company and the customer remain compliant. Maintain and manage project timelines and proactively identify potential issues. Analyze all scope changes relative to baseline plans to identify impacts to schedule, cost, deliverables, and risk. Proactively lead the analysis, mitigation plans and negotiated resolution due to scope changes. Track project milestones and drive action items to timely completion among project participants to achieve desired project results. Establish formal communication procedures that clearly document contractual and technical agreement, status, scope change, assertions, schedule impacts, and risks. Coordinate continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aerospace or Mechanical), Science, Business; or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience; demonstrated expertise in employing program management techniques to achieve optimal program success, ability to manage complex relationships and associated contracts with customers; complete understanding of manufacturing and production within the aerospace and defense industry; excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail; demonstrated leadership skills; ability to read, analyze, and interpret engineering drawings and contractual documents with sound problem-solving skills; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software are required. A master's degree, PMP certification and experience with additive manufacturing are preferred.
