Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Process Technician for the 2nd shift to join our team. This role involves the repair and maintenance of all plant equipment, buildings, and grounds, ensuring smooth operation and compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
Repair and maintain plant equipment, buildings, and grounds.
Observe mechanical devices in operation and listen to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.
Dismantle devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.
Inspect used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.
Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments.
Repair or replace defective parts and lubricate and clean machines.
Start machines to test their performance.
Repair electrical equipment and control systems.
Maintain records in compliance with applicable quality procedures.
Conduct plant-wide safety checks on equipment.
Complete maintenance request forms and preventive maintenance tasks.
Follow safety standards and procedures according to OSHA and ANSI regulations.
Complete requisitions with proper approvals for maintenance items needed to repair equipment.
Ensure timely completion of all maintenance repairs to machinery and equipment.
Repair and perform preventive maintenance on all auxiliary equipment and tag with completed tag.
Essential Skills
High school diploma or GED
3-5 years of troubleshooting injection molding experience
Experience in preventive maintenance
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Knowledge of quality control inspection
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with injection molding and plastics

Work Environment
This position operates in a non-climate controlled environment. The shifts are Monday through Friday, with current Saturday work. There is a $2 shift differential for second and third shifts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
